Abstracts

It is not a secret for anybody the influence of the ENSO events in the behaving of the main climatic elements, also joined with the role they play in the diseases of human health which indicates that for human being the changes of the environment are not unusual for them. That is why on this work are precised the changes that have been produced in the media and variance of the distribution of MD series in Cuba. Mainly because of the force that is imposed by the different factors of the climate among them the ENSO, for this is proposed a test of causality that allows to measure the effect of the ENSO events on the meningococic disease.
